I'm and Beth and I eat, breath, train and love everything health and fitness. After 17 years as an ambulance paramedic, I have had a change of focus and I am now making my love of fitness my job.
I have been involved in competitive sport for many years and have achieved some amazing goals. I have competed in Ironman distance triathlon 3 time and was 2nd in the Australian Triathlon sprint championships in 2013. I love the adrenaline of mountain bike enduro racing, and achieved 3rd in the master's women's at the Highland Fling 50k enduro in my first ever long distance mountain bike race and this year I stepped up the distance to the 100k Capital Punishment. I have also competed in the crossfit games in 2013. I love running trails, lifting weights in the gym and getting my heart rate up with functional training in the gym.
With my extensive history in the medical field, I have an excellent understanding of how the body works, what it needs and how to get it. My client's health, safety and achievement of goals are my priority. I can help my clients get fitter, faster, leaner and stronger. My exercise programming is done on an individual basis and will be based on what you want to achieve, whether its weight loss, strength gains or improved mobility, it's up to my client.
