After 28 years as an office worker I decided to pursue my passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have experienced mental health issues and have used running and functional fitness as a way to overcome these issues.
I also understand that a gym can be an intimidating environment, therefore with my assistance we can work together to build your confidence to use the equipment and participate in GymmyPT classes.
I specialise in helping recreational runners get faster, stronger and reduce injuries. I also coach runners from 5klm "parkruns" to Marathons, so if the city 2 surf or a marathon is on your bucket list, I can help.
I am passionate about helping people over 40 start their fitness journey, all my sessions are tailored to your level of fitness, your style of training and are designed to achieve your goals while having fun.
