I have been working in the Health & Fitness Industry on a full time basis since 2009. I am extremely passionate about what I do and love helping, guiding and motivating others to create change, both, in body and mind. Having coached an array of clients over the years, ranging from a World Wakeboard Champion through to an 89 year old!
My aim is to empower and support you through your journey, so that you can achieve your goals; whatever they may be!
I have a strong belief that you must start with creating a strong foundation and build upwards from there and yes, I do give homework!Both physical and nutritional if needed. I'm form focused, with an eye for detail and like to review and work the body as a complete unit to ensure you gain the best possible results for the long term. I'll push you, challenge you, but always be respectful of how you and your body are feeling at every session. I'll challenge your neuromuscular system to enable you to gain increased physical endurance, strength, balance and co-ordination which in turn improves your whole body alignment and overall capabilities. With this and a watchful eye, you will be on fire in no time!
