I love this industry and have plans to progress in this industry for many years to come.
I have been on all sides of the health and fitness industry since 2011 and began to be heavily involved with personal training during 2015.
I have held many of my clients for years and continue to train them in upwards of 50 sessions a week. Due to a thirst for knowledge and the broad range of client goals I've become capable in areas from weight loss, rehabilitation, pre and post-natal, sports and strength and conditioning.
I'm passionate about personal training and will continue to thirst for knowledge for many years to come.
