As an overweight teen, I fell in love with fitness through my own transformation journey.
After losing 40kgs and experiencing first-hand what our bodies are capable of, I became determined to help others achieve their own goals.
Over the years, I have trained with and been able to learn from several athletes, body builders and specialised trainers.
