I have been in the fitness industry for over 3 years and have over 8 years of training experience. I am a competitive Strongman/coach which I love basing my sessions around because it is challenging but a lot fun with so many different exercises to learn. During my 8 years, I have developed simple methodologies to teach my clients how to get strong and how to do it safely.

I have come to learn that strength training is not only a tool to get stronger but a way to identify and address imbalances in the human body and to correct them. I base my training sessions around this and deeply believe that strength is the answer. It helps with every aspect of your fitness goals e.g. weight loss, rehab, improving mobility and avoiding injury. I also believe balance is key and love incorporating conditioning into my clients training and programs to deliver the best results.

I believe in continuously striving to learn and develop my skills to offer the best possible knowledge and results to my clients, knowledge is power! I am a technique based, result driven trainer who makes your goals my highest priority.

A principle that I have come to live by and believe deeply is "Sport does not discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, politics, gender or otherwise".
