I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2004; where I have trained 100's of clients all with different goals. Since an early age I have had a keen interest in all sports; along with health and fitness. It seemed the best choice to get involved in Personal Training and helping people learn what I have learnt.
To balance an enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle with health and fitness; isn't easy! This is what I ensure my clients are able to do through correct training, the right choices and the right lifestyle. Training is easy, eating is easy but doing both correctly isn't until you know how to!
I structure my sessions around functional full body training and ensure that I get the best out of my clients. Whilst we train very hard; we also have a lot of fun in the process and work together to get over any hurdles we meet along the way. I love using Kettlebells, tractor tyres, battle ropes and even kegs (unfortunately they are empty) in my training; I make sure that every session is challenging and different!
Not only do I push my clients in our PT sessions but I also guarantee my clients a high quality tailored program to follow outside of their sessions. Be from a gym workout or a at home/on holidays workout; I ensure you have a structured program to follow. I am big on constant 24 hour support to all of my clients and don't mind a sneaky text/email to check up on you all. Personal Training with me is far more than just that session each week!
My focus is now not only assisting my clients reach their desired goals but also supporting and assisting the Gymmy PT team offer the best possible PT service in Australia. I am passionate about working with people and love the Fitness industry; I wouldn't have it any other way!
