Over the past 6 years, I have worked with many different people to achieve their goals, from those with a disability aiming to simply stand, to maximising sports performance in professional athletes.
My sessions are focused on functional and efficient movement training to ensure that my clients get ongoing benefit not only during, but also the 23 hours outside of the sessions.
Health doesn't just involve going for a workout or "eating the right way". I see it as a gateway to the ultimate wealth and freedom.
